Brandvermeidung Smoke and Heat Ventilation System:
Smoke and heat vent systems are important components of the fire
protection system. In case of fire the main danger is coming from
smoke: 90% of all fire casualties are victims of toxic smoke.
In caseof fire, smoke and combustion gases rise up in the
building.
With smoke vents in the upper sections of the
façade or in the roof, smoke and heat can escape. Ventilation
openings in the lower area increase the thermal uplift.
